Meet Our Team

The Capital Area Sexual Assault Response Team is a multidisciplinary, collaborative group of professionals from community advocacy, healthcare, law enforcement and prosecution who provide services to survivors of sexual assault in the Greater Lansing Area.

Understanding the importance of an evidence-based approach that is trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and offender-focused, these agencies work together to improve: access to available resources, the overall experience of survivors as they engage with various systems following an assault, and community safety by holding those who choose to commit these crimes accountable for their actions.
